Winners 2024
Maria Melnychenko
My name is Maria Melnychenko, and I was born in Kyiv. I am currently a fourth-year student at the State Tax University in Irpin, where I study Finance, Banking, and Insurance. For a year and a half, I have been working as a model, aiming not only to succeed in this profession but also to become a role model for others. I recharge through sports: I’ve been training regularly at the gym for two years, and in winter, I enjoy skiing and snowboarding. I also actively support initiatives to aid the Ukrainian Armed Forces and frequently participate in charity fundraisers. My greatest dream is a free and independent Ukraine, and I am proud to live in a time of change when our nation demonstrates strength and unity.
Irina Makarova
My name is Irina Makarova, and I was born in Kyiv. Since childhood, I dreamed of becoming an actress, which led me to attend acting courses while still in school. Initially, I enrolled in a management program, but I soon realized that acting was my true passion, so I transferred to KNUKIM to pursue it. At 18, I landed my first leading role in the series “Novynka” and have since been involved in various projects. In addition to acting, I create content for TikTok, collaborate with brands, and even starred in the vibrant Coca-Cola commercial in Georgia. My goal is to fully realize my potential, achieve success, and inspire others to follow their dreams.
Viktoria Hudym
My name is Viktoria Hudym, I’m from Stryi, currently residing in Lviv. I am studying for a Master’s degree at the Faculty of Law at Ivan Franko National University of Lviv and hold a Bachelor’s degree in Law. I am involved in modeling, enjoy practicing Pilates, and reading psychology literature. My family participates in charity fundraisers to support the military. I dream of building a career in modeling, and after the age of 30, I aspire to become a judge and establish a charitable organization to assist women and children who have suffered from domestic violence. I aim to create a support space for women who have lost loved ones in the war, as this topic is very close to my heart.
Maria Zheliaskova
My name is Maria Zheliaskova, I am from Odesa, and I have the great honor of holding the title of “Miss Odesa 2024.” I have a background in broadcasting and television, which laid the foundation for my modeling career. Working in the fashion industry has allowed me to grow professionally and participate in various creative projects. However, my greatest achievement is my charity work, which has enabled me to help hundreds of people — from supporting orphanages to animal shelters. After the war began, I focused my efforts on assisting soldiers and children who have suffered, as well as launching initiatives for women who have become victims of violence. My goal is to protect women’s rights and support those fighting for our freedom, as each of us plays a crucial role in this significant battle.
Anzhelika Symonenko
My name is Anzhelika Symonenko. From a young age, I knew my place was on stage, and by the age of 11, I had clearly set my goal. I pursued two degrees: in television and radio hosting, and in audiovisual arts production. I worked as a TV host and producer at UA Fashion TV. Together with my team, we created the charitable project Ukrainian Fashion Film Festival in Cannes. Currently, I am a co-owner of an event agency and the women’s community KVITNY Project, which unites, supports, and inspires women. I actively promote Ukrainian fashion through blogging and participating in designer shows. My goal is to inspire women to create and to popularize Ukrainian culture around the world.
Become a person who will
The war has divided everyone's life into «before and after.» Some put on helmets and went to the frontlines, while others took up defense and became a reliable support in the rear. We truly believe that all Ukrainian women should unite for victory. That is why the "Miss Ukraine" team is using the stage of international contests as a platform for support.
