
The first open casting call for "Miss Ukraine-2021" was held in Odessa
An open casting of Miss Ukraine 2021 contestants took place for the first time in the national competition's history. More than 200 girls came to try their hand at a large-scale event held in the restaurant complex Queen Odessa.
The casting was done in five stages. Where the professional jury evaluated the participants not only on the parameters of their behavior on stage, but also on the girls' ability to navigate the situation and answer questions in an interesting manner.
“Miss Ukraine is a collective image of a girl that includes intelligence, beauty, talent, high moral and spiritual values, and a desire to help people and make the world a better place,” says Veronika Shchiptsova, head of the pageant committee.
The pageant’s contestants were assessed by the jury, which included: Chairman of the pageant Veronika Shchiptsova "Miss Ukraine - 2019" Margarita Pasha "Miss Ukraine - 2018" Leonila Guz, "Miss Earth - 2017" Diana Mironenko and "Vice-Miss Ukraine - 2019" Valeria Kucherenko.
The contestants who advanced to the next stage of selection were named in the casting final, and many prizes were drawn from the event's partners and sponsors: The jewelry house "ZARINA" presented a delicate heart-shaped pendant. The "La novale" salon of luxurious wedding gowns raffled off three magnificent evening gowns among the girls. There were also raffled tickets to popular performers' concerts, certificates for services at the "Style Deluxe" beauty salon, certificates for the SPA at the Premier Hotel Odessa, and certificates from the international restaurant holding Bulldozer Group.
The selection process for the 30th anniversary beauty pageant "Miss Ukraine-2021" is well underway! Castings will take place in major Ukrainian cities. Follow the announcements.
